Hi there!
It’s time to share my latest Minerva Crafts Blogger Network post with you. This one is a little special because I had the photos taken at the Stitch Room Sewcial.
It was rather strange having professional photos taken of a make, especially since I normally just take my own shots with a tripod so in some ways, I don’t feel as self conscious (you know, unless the neighbours are in their garden, laughing!) I got a little annoyed with myself, truth be told; I knew I’d look better if I just relaxed, but at the same time had very little idea of what to do with myself!
Anyway, enough of them have turned out OK for me to share them here and on Minerva’s site. The make itself is the Hey June Handmade Trevi top, which I made in a flowy rayon last year. That fabric type is what’s recommended for the pattern however, I chose to completely ignore that and make it up in a beautiful cotton lawn!
I love the finished, boxy top; for all the details, head over to Minerva’s site.
thanks!

The fabric was provided free of charge as part of my regular Minerva Crafts Blogger Network post; all opinions and other supplies are my own.
I love your top! You’ve wonderfully shown what else can be made from a large print, high quality cotton lawn. I see some gorgeous prints like this one and think, “I don’t need another skirt or Kimono”, but what about a nice, flowy top? Can always use another one of those!
