One week to go and Sew Up North needs you!

So it’s less than a week now until Sew Up North 2019! All the final preparations are under way; I have one last round up of raffle prize sponsors to follow this week but for now, I have a request.

If you have a ticket for the day and you’re prepared to lend a hand, there are a few jobs which I would really appreciate a hand with. So, if you’re prepared to help out with any of the following, please let me know!

I need around 3 volunteers willing to sit down and fold raffle tickets for me. This will be at the Belgrave after the shopping, probably from around 12:30.

I need a further 3 volunteers (at least!) willing to stay until the end (around 3:30) and clear anything left on the swap table. I know that last year, several people took paper patterns to use as wrapping paper and bags of fabric were taken to local charity shops. I’d just rather it didn’t end up in a bin somewhere.

So, if you’re prepared to help out, please let me know and I’ll be very grateful!

Thanks

Becca x

  1. Hi Becca
I’m happy to fold raffle tickets! Can’t promise to stay as I’m bringing my sister in law with me, but if we can stay we’ll happily help to clear up x
